If there is a feature you'd like to see added or improved, please leave your feedback here.

You can also reach out to us at support@you.com or on our Discord with your feature requests.

Bug reports

If you are experiencing a bug and have already walked through the general troubleshooting steps we have outlined here, please reach out to us at support@you.com.

You can also leave a report here.

In your bug report, please make sure to include the following information:

  • Email address of You.com account (if different from the email sender)
  • Web browser, device, app, and operating system type and versions
  • Any relevant chat transcript URLs
    • Click on the three dots next to the chat in the sidebar menu of your You.com account

    • Select Share

    • Click ‘Copy link’

  • Description of the issue (be as detailed as possible, include steps to recreate if known)
  • Screenshots and or screen recordings
