Bug reports
If you are experiencing a bug and have already walked through the general troubleshooting steps we have outlined here, please reach out to us at support@you.com.
You can also leave a report here.
In your bug report, please make sure to include the following information:
- Email address of You.com account (if different from the email sender)
- Web browser, device, app, and operating system type and versions
- Any relevant chat transcript URLs

Click on the three dots next to the chat in the sidebar menu of your You.com account

Click ‘Copy link’
