1. What happened to the Team plan?

The Team plan is no longer available for self-service sign-up. If you’re interested in purchasing the Team plan, please contact our sales team. Our team will be happy to discuss options for your organization.

2. Who is the Max plan designed for?

The Max plan is perfect for:

  • Power users who want the fastest, most advanced AI tools.
  • Small teams who need enhanced collaboration and research capabilities.
  • Anyone who needs higher usage limits and priority support.

3. Is there a trial available for the Max plan?

At this time, there is no trial available for the Max plan.

4. I’m currently subscribed to the Team plan. What happens if I upgrade to Max?

  • When you upgrade to Max, you’ll immediately get access to all the new Max plan features (see “What features are included in the Max plan?” below).
  • Your Team plan will remain operational until you switch.
  • Important: Once you upgrade or change your plan, you won’t be able to switch back to the Team plan via self-service. If you have questions or want to discuss special arrangements, contact our sales team.

5. What features are included in the Max plan?

The Max plan includes:

  • Up to 5x higher rate limits compared to Pro.
  • Unlimited access to Ari (our most advanced, deep research AI agent).
  • Unlimited ARI reports included.
  • All features from lower-tier plans.
  • Priority support from our expert team.

6. How do I add another team member to my Max plan?

Adding team members is easy!

  1. Go to you.com/create-team.
  2. Click “Add Member” and enter their email address.
  3. The new member will be added to your current billing cycle, and pricing will be prorated automatically.

Your team can start collaborating right away, and billing updates are handled seamlessly.

7. Can an Enterprise customer add a handful of Max Plan Seats to their account?

Yes! Please contact our sales team for a custom solution.

8. Can I purchase an enterprise license for my organization?

Yes! If you’re interested in enterprise options, including advanced security and compliance features, please contact our sales team for a custom solution.
