Introduction
The Enterprise Analytics Suite provides organization administrators with comprehensive usage statistics across your you.com Enterprise plan. This powerful tool helps you track user engagement, monitor query usage, and make data-driven decisions about resource allocation within your organization.
Accessing Enterprise Analytics
To access the Enterprise Analytics dashboard:
- Log in to your You.com account as an organization administrator
- Click on your team's name in the navigation menu
- Select the "Analytics" tab from the available options
Understanding the Dashboard Layout
The Enterprise Analytics dashboard is divided into two main sections:
1. Lifetime Plan Usage (Top Section)
This section displays your all-time usage metrics including:
- Total number of queries used
- Total number of users in your organization
- Total number of teams created
- Total number of agents created
2. Time-Based Analytics (Bottom Section)
This section shows detailed metrics based on a selected time period and includes:

Using the Time Selector
The time selector allows you to filter analytics data based on specific timeframes:

- Select start and end dates from the calendar view
- Click "Apply" to update all metrics based on your selection
All charts and metrics below the time selector will automatically update to reflect your chosen timeframe.
Key Metrics Explained
Active Users / Total Users
- Shows how many of your contracted users are actively using the platform
- Displays as both a number (e.g., "65 out of 82 users") and visual representation
- Hover over chart elements to see daily breakdown of active users
Total Number of Prompts
- Tracks the total number of queries/generations made during the selected period
- Interactive time-series plot shows usage patterns over time
- Hover functionality provides day-specific prompt counts
Usage Allocation Tracking
- Monitors your current usage against your plan's total allocation
- Automated email alerts are sent when reaching usage thresholds (25%, 10%, and 5% remaining)
User-Level Analytics
The user section provides detailed information about individual user activity:
- View a list of all users in your organization
- By default, users are sorted by their last login date (timestamp shows in your local timezone)
- Click on column headers to sort by different metrics:
